MONI LEBON
NEURO-DEVELOPMENTAL THERAPIST

About Moni
Moni’s path began with her own child’s early schooling challenges, which led her to explore the nurturing, developmentally informed approach of Steiner education. After qualifying as a Steiner teacher for both lower school and kindergarten, she worked in the early years department at Rudolf Steiner School Kings Langley, where her children were also pupils.

As she sought further support for her son, Moni was introduced to Bob Allen, a neuro-developmental therapist whose work had a profound impact on her family. The changes she witnessed inspired her to train directly with Bob, leading her to become a qualified and insured neuro-developmental therapist and a Johansen Individual Auditory Stimulation (JIAS) provider.

Moni has since worked at The Key Clinic in central London and alongside Bob at Access Potential, supporting children and adults with developmental, learning, sensory, and emotional regulation difficulties. She now welcomes clients to her home practice in northwest London, as well as in Windsor, Berkshire and Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.

Her approach weaves together the foundations of Steiner education with an understanding of neuroplasticity and early movement development. By guiding clients through the recapitulation process, she helps to integrate retained reflex patterns that can interfere with learning, regulation, and coordination.

Moni’s work is grounded in respect for each individual’s developmental pace, supporting lasting change through the body rather than relying on coping strategies alone.
